Directions from NW Beaches International Airport

It's about a 25-mile drive, roughly 30–35 minutes:

  1. Leave the airport via West Bay Parkway heading south/east toward Panama City Beach.
  2. Turn onto County Rd 388 / Star Ave and follow signs toward Panama City Beach / Hwy 79.
  3. Merge onto Hwy 79 S, then continue toward the coast.
  4. Turn left (east) onto Front Beach Rd / US-98, and follow it along the beach.
  5. Continue east until you reach Thomas Dr — turn right onto Thomas Dr (this loops along the eastern end of PCB near St. Andrews State Park).
  6. Regency Towers will be on your right at 5801 Thomas Dr.

Since routing can shift with construction or traffic, I'd punch the address into Google Maps or Waze once you land — but that's the general path along Hwy 79 to Front Beach Rd to Thomas Dr.

From the Hathaway Bridge (US-98)
it's a much shorter, straightforward shot — about 6–7 miles, 15 minutes:

  1. Cross the Hathaway Bridge heading south/west on US-98 (Front Beach Rd) into Panama City Beach.
  2. Continue on US-98 / Front Beach Rd as it curves along the coast.
  3. Stay on Front Beach Rd past the main strip of hotels and shops, continuing east/south toward the Thomas Dr area (you'll pass through the area where 98 splits — stay toward the beach/Thomas Dr side rather than veering onto the Hwy 79 bypass).
  4. Turn onto Thomas Dr (it splits off from Front Beach Rd and loops along the eastern part of PCB, near St. Andrews State Park).
  5. Follow Thomas Dr for a couple miles — Regency Towers will be on your right at 5801 Thomas Dr.
